Big Red Breakfast

This is the first year the Bo Pelini Foundation hosted all 14 Big Red Breakfasts. They were held at the Embassy Suites-LaVista and Ramada Inn in Omaha. The Breakfasts were every Friday prior to every home and away Husker Football games. The attendance average was more than 250. Coach Bo Pelini was the first guest speaker at the first breakfast in late August and each week a different coach was the speaker. TD Ameritrade was the Presenting Sponsor and there were numerous table sponsors. It was enjoyed by all attendees and the Bo Pelini Foundation has received many rave reviews. The Bo Pelini Foundation Board of Directors will review presentation and cost effectiveness of this event annually as they do each of their events each year. Go Big Red!
